Pet Policy Type: Cat, Dog, Other Pet Monthly Rent Min/Max: $25 per pet Pet Policy: We do not allow the following breeds of dogs: Akita, Alaskan Husky, Alaskan Malamute, American Bully, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Husky, Japanese Fighting Dog, Malamute, Mastiff, Pitbull, Presa Mallorquin, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford-shire Bull Terrier, Wolf Dog Mix, and/or any mix thereof (excludes assistance animal accommodations). Pet Rent Basis: Per Home Other Pets Allowed: A limit of 2 (two) pets per apartment applies. We will authorize support and/or service animals pursuant to the parameters and guidelines established by the Federal Fair Housing Act, HUD regulatory guidelines, and any applicable state and/or local law.
